I have discovered that when installing something, the normal popup appears, asking for permission to install, for a brief millisecond earlier the fault appears, and if I manage to click 'yes' before the error appears, and then any I'thousand trying to install, works. This is really strange, but information technology however doesn't help when running something.

I have solved the issue! After I had a expect at other forums, I establish that the problem was the sound scheme, here is how you fix it:
- Get to the start menu and search for 'Audio Command Panel', click on it
- On the bar at the tiptop, select 'Sounds'
- Change the sound scheme to 'Windows Default'
- Click 'Apply'
- Done!
It merely seems to set if you use Windows Default for some reason, but I'll get out this solution here if anyone needs it

Hullo!
I had the aforementioned issue, which came upwards "from nowhere" a couple of days agone. Afterwards many attempts and two formats (!), it came to my mind what I had done earlier the issue appeared.
FIrst of all, I have Windows 10 Home mounted on an old HP Tm2-2000 notebook which has Radeon HD5450 embedded graphics. I recently updated the GPU driver. At present, it is possible for me to chose to use either the CPU or the GPU for specific applications, something that comes in real handy when information technology comes to relieving the CPU of some workload.
Since three days ago, the1073741819mistake started to appear whenever I tried to install whatsoever software.
Earlier that problem appeared, I had changed a few settings for some applications in the AMD software. I set "high performance" settings for Chrome, Skype and MS Word, every bit to save some burden from the CPU, which is kind of old now and it certainly is happy to be helped by some external "hand" from the GPU while treatment everyday applications.
And then, I had turned on "high performances" in the Energy saving Settings panel in the command panel of Windows ten while my laptop is charging and left information technology to Bombardment saving while on battery.
At this very moment, the admin privileges issue magically appeared. Now that I am writing, I had formatted my laptop twice and it still having the same consequence, just Just WHEN ENERGY SAVING Selection IS ON "Loftier Functioning" SETTING. If I change it to "Balanced", information technology works equally fine every bit always.
I also noted that when I turn my laptop on after I had shut it down with "High functioning" setting, THE SCREEN DOES NOT TURN ON UNTIL I UNPLUG It FROM THE WALL PLUG. Ween I practice unplug it (so it turns automatically dorsum to Energy save mode), the screen turns on and no effect arises whatsoever longer.
Morale: the Admin privileges and fault 1073741819issues seem to be caused, at least in my instance, by something wrong in the energy saving options functionality when there are some settings prepare for the Radeon GPU to work under loftier performance status. As soon as I plough on the Balanced mode, everything works as fine every bit it has ever done.
MS Windows will always remain a mystery to me.
I hope this post will help somebody who has not nevertheless solved this mystery.
